Return Policy
All our Kokedma's are carefully packed into cardboard boxes and tucked in nice & snug with lots of padding. In the unlikely case that your Kokedama arrives and is severely damaged, we will replace it.

*Pictures displayed are for advertising purposes & may not be the exact Kokedama you receive. However, you will receive the same species, of the same or similar size & in the same string colour unless otherwise specified.
